-Our clothes are made with little to no synthetic material
-Each item we sell has a limited stock availability and once it’s sold out, we won’t be restocking
-Your orders will arrive to you in eco-friendly recyclable or compostable packaging
Shipping Policy:
A majority of our garments are made to order and will take 4-9 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds.

Currently, all orders are shipped using USPS. Please follow your tracking number for updates. If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries through USPS. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on where you reside. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery. We will not accept returns or refund customers on orders not received due to unpaid duties.

Pre-order:
All pre-order items are 100% made to order and will take 4-9 weeks to ship after the pre-order period has ended. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not contact us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. If there is an issue with your delivery, please follow up directly with the USPS with your tracking information.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
If you are unsatisfied with an item, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange, please get in touch with us at help@hundley.us with your order number and name. We offer store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not process refunds for returned items. All shipping for return/exchange is at the customer's cost. Refunds will be given to any orders cancelled on our behalf.
Return Postage:
Proof of postage is required for all exchanges/returns. Please email your tracking number to help@hundley.us with the return postage and your order number. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit and will not refund any duties or taxes. Please get in touch with the shipping provider.
